Yes, registering on betgee is completely free of charge. There is no sign-up fee, no subscription, and no hidden charges for opening an account. Go to betgee's Register page, fill in your full name, a valid email address or Pakistani mobile number, your date of birth, and a strong password. Tick the Terms and Conditions checkbox, submit, and you'll receive a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to activate your betgee account. After that, log in, make your first PKR deposit, and your welcome bonus is credited automatically.

You must be at least 18 years old to create and use a betgee account. This is a firm requirement and is actively enforced through age verification. Betgee may request a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) at any point to verify your age. Any account found to belong to someone under 18 will be closed immediately and any balance will be refunded to the originating payment method.

No. Betgee's Terms and Conditions permit strictly one account per person. If betgee detects multiple accounts belonging to the same individual — identified by name, payment method, device, or IP address — all duplicate accounts will be closed and any bonuses claimed on those accounts will be forfeited. If you've accidentally created a second account, email support@betgee.click before making any deposits and we'll sort it out.

First, check your spam or junk mail folder — betgee's confirmation emails occasionally end up there. If it's not there after 5 minutes, log back in to betgee and look for a "Resend confirmation email" option on your account dashboard. If you still don't receive it, contact betgee support via live chat or at support@betgee.click and we'll verify your account manually after confirming your identity.

On the betgee login page, click the "Forgot password?" link. Enter your registered email address and betgee will send a secure password reset link valid for 30 minutes. Click it, enter your new password, and log in. If you've also lost access to your registered email, contact support@betgee.click with your registered mobile number and CNIC for identity verification before a manual reset is issued.

To close your betgee account, contact support@betgee.click from your registered email address with the subject line "Account Closure Request". Betgee will confirm your identity, process any pending withdrawal of your remaining PKR balance to your registered payment method, and close the account. Some details — such as your registered email address and mobile number — can be updated through Account Settings after completing identity verification. Your registered name and date of birth cannot be changed once verified, as these are matched to your CNIC for security purposes. To update any sensitive detail, contact support@betgee.click with a copy of your CNIC to confirm the request is genuine.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Betgee accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (Interbank Fund Transfer), and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in PKR. There is no conversion rate or foreign currency fee applied by betgee. Simply log in, go to Account → Deposit, choose your method, enter the PKR amount, and confirm.

The minimum deposit on betgee is Rs 500. This applies to all payment methods — Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT, and card deposits. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by betgee itself, though your payment provider (e.g. Easypaisa, your bank) may have their own daily transaction limits which would apply.

Easypaisa and JazzCash deposits are processed near-instantly — your betgee PKR balance typically updates within a few seconds to two minutes of confirming the payment in your wallet app. NayaPay, SadaPay, and bank IBFT transfers can take up to 30 minutes depending on your bank's processing time. Card deposits are usually instant. If a deposit doesn't reflect after 30 minutes, contact betgee support with your transaction reference number.

Log in to betgee, go to Account → Withdraw, select your payment method, and enter the PKR amount you want to withdraw. Betgee uses a "return to source" policy — your withdrawal goes back to the same payment method you used to deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud. Verified accounts receive Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals within 24 hours. Bank IBFT and card withdrawals can take up to 3 business days.

The minimum withdrawal amount on betgee is Rs 500. Withdrawals below this amount cannot be processed. There is no maximum withdrawal limit set by betgee, but very large withdrawals may require additional KYC (identity verification) steps to comply with financial regulations. Betgee will contact you if additional verification is needed before processing a large withdrawal.

First, check whether your betgee account has completed KYC (identity) verification — unverified accounts have withdrawal processing delays or restrictions. If your account is verified and the withdrawal has exceeded the standard processing time (24 hours for Easypaisa/JazzCash, 3 business days for bank/card), contact betgee support via live chat or at support@betgee.click. Include your registered email and the withdrawal reference number from your account transaction history.

Betgee does not charge any fee for deposits or withdrawals. You deposit Rs 2,000 and Rs 2,000 arrives in your betgee account. You withdraw Rs 5,000 and Rs 5,000 is sent to your payment method — betgee takes nothing. However, your own payment provider (Easypaisa, JazzCash, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges, which are outside betgee's control. Check with your provider if you're unsure.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is a standard financial compliance requirement. Betgee may request a photo of your CNIC and a selfie before processing large withdrawals or if unusual account activity is detected. This protects you against fraud and ensures your winnings go to the right person. KYC documents are reviewed by betgee's compliance team only and are not shared with any third party. The process typically takes under 24 hours.

Yes. Betgee's responsible gaming tools include daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits — all available for free in Account Settings → Responsible Gaming. Once set, the limit cannot be exceeded until the period resets. Reducing a limit takes effect immediately. Increasing a limit has a mandatory 24-hour delay to give you time to reconsider. Betgee's team cannot override your limits.

The welcome bonus is credited automatically when you make your first qualifying PKR deposit of Rs 500 or more on betgee. You don't need to enter a code or contact support — the bonus appears in your betgee account balance within a few minutes of the deposit being confirmed. If you have a promo code, enter it in the relevant field during registration or on the deposit page before submitting.

Wagering requirements (also called rollover or playthrough) mean you need to wager the bonus amount a certain number of times before you can withdraw it. For example, if betgee's welcome bonus has a 10x wagering requirement and you receive a Rs 2,000 bonus, you need to place a total of Rs 20,000 in bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Yes. Your betgee account shows two separate balances: real money (PKR you deposited) and bonus funds. Real money can be withdrawn at any time subject to the minimum withdrawal amount. Bonus funds must meet wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. When you place a bet, betgee typically uses real money first. Once your real money balance is zero, bonus funds are used. This varies by promotion — check the specific bonus terms in your account.

Yes. Some players prefer to play without bonus restrictions — particularly experienced bettors who want immediate withdrawal flexibility. In Account Settings, there is an option to decline bonuses on future deposits. You can also contact support@betgee.click to have an active bonus removed from your account, though this forfeits the bonus funds. Removing a bonus cannot be undone, so confirm before requesting it.

You can place bets during the match on markets like next wicket, runs in the current over, team totals, and more. In-play odds move quickly — always check the current price before confirming your bet.

Betgee displays odds in decimal format by default. A decimal odd represents your total return per Rs 1 staked — including your original stake. For example, odds of 2.50 on a Rs 1,000 bet returns Rs 2,500 (Rs 1,500 profit + Rs 1,000 original stake) if your bet wins. Teen Patti on betgee is a live dealer card game dealt in real time by a real dealer via video stream. It's the same game most Pakistanis already know from family gatherings — three cards are dealt to each player, and the highest hand wins. Self-exclusion is permanent and irreversible on betgee. Your confirmed PKR balance will be returned to your registered payment method. A cool-off is a temporary suspension of your betgee account — for 24 hours, 48 hours, 1 week, 1 month, 3 months, or 6 months. During a cool-off your account is locked, you won't receive any betgee marketing, and your PKR balance is safe. To set a cool-off, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Cool-Off Period, select the duration, and confirm. The cool-off begins immediately. Unlike self-exclusion, your account returns to normal automatically once the period ends.
