Betgee Terms and Conditions – Rules for Pakistani Players

By accessing, registering on, or placing any wager through betgee, you unconditionally accept these Terms in their entirety. These Terms apply to every interaction you have with betgee — browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds in PKR, claiming bonuses, placing bets, participating in promotions, and contacting customer support.

Betgee reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, betgee will notify registered players via the email address on file. Your continued use of betgee after such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

These Terms are written in English. In the event of any dispute about meaning or interpretation, the English version prevails. Betgee may provide translations for convenience, but those translations are not legally binding.

To create an account and use betgee, you must meet all of the following conditions without exception:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Betgee strictly prohibits underage gambling. If betgee has reasonable grounds to suspect that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately pending age verification, and any deposits will be returned (minus any withdrawals already made).
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, partnership, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are accessing betgee from a jurisdiction where online betting is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order with betgee or any related platform.
• You are not a current employee of betgee or an immediate family member of a betgee employee.

Each eligible person may open one account only on betgee. Duplicate accounts — whether created intentionally or accidentally — are not permitted. If betgee detects duplicate accounts linked to the same individual (matched by name, payment method, device, IP address, or any combination thereof), betgee reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and transfer any remaining balance to the account betgee determines to be the original. Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including:

• Your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC or passport
• A valid email address that you control
• A valid Pakistani mobile phone number
• Your date of birth

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your betgee username and password. Betgee will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or phone. If you believe your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, contact betgee support immediately at support@betgee.click. Betgee accepts no liability for losses resulting from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

Betgee accepts deposits exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) through the following methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT, and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks.

The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by betgee, though your payment provider may impose their own limits — those are outside betgee's control.

• Betgee does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.
• All deposit methods must be in your own name. Third-party payments — where someone else funds your betgee account — are not permitted and will be returned less any reasonable processing cost.
• Betgee does not charge a deposit processing fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits credited to your betgee account may only be used for betting within the betgee platform.

Betgee processes PKR withdrawal requests to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit ("return to source" policy). This policy exists to prevent money laundering. If your original payment method is no longer available, contact betgee support before requesting a withdrawal.

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Standard processing time for verified accounts is within 24 hours for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay; up to 3 business days for bank IBFT and Visa/Mastercard.

• Withdrawal requests submitted during non-banking hours on public holidays may take longer to process.
• Betgee does not charge a withdrawal fee. Your payment provider may charge a receiving fee.
• Betgee is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider once funds have been dispatched from the betgee system.
• Betgee may request identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal. Players are required to submit a copy of their CNIC and a recent utility bill or bank statement confirming their address.
• Withdrawals of bonus winnings are subject to the wagering requirements stated in the relevant bonus terms.

Betgee offers a welcome bonus to new players and periodic promotional bonuses to existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer. The general bonus rules below apply to all betgee promotions unless the offer specifically states otherwise.

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a stated number of times before withdrawal is permitted. The specific multiplier is published alongside each offer.
• Time limits: Bonuses expire after the period stated in the offer. Expired bonuses and any winnings derived from them are forfeited automatically.
• One bonus at a time: Only one betgee bonus may be active in your account at a time unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Abuse prevention: Betgee monitors for patterns of bonus abuse, including placing bets with low risk purely to meet wagering requirements. If abuse is detected, betgee reserves the right to cancel bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend the account.
• Game contributions: Different game categories may contribute different percentages toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a lower rate. The exact contribution rates are published with each offer.

Betgee reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that changes do not retroactively affect bonuses already claimed and actively in progress.

Betgee offers betting markets across sports betting, virtual sports, live casino, slots, card games, Teen Patti, and roulette. The following general rules apply across all markets. Game-specific rules are published within each game section.

• All bets are accepted at betgee's absolute discretion. Betgee may limit or refuse any bet without providing a reason.
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by betgee, it cannot be cancelled by the player except where betgee explicitly offers a cash-out feature for that market.
• Minimum bet amounts vary by market and are displayed before you confirm any wager. The general minimum is Rs 200.
• Maximum bet limits apply across all markets. These limits are displayed before confirmation and may vary based on event type, market, and your account history.
• Betgee reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where the odds were incorrectly published due to a technical error, human error, or data feed failure. In such cases, stakes are returned in full to the player's betgee wallet in PKR.
• For live betting markets, bets accepted after an event has concluded due to data transmission delays will be voided and stakes returned.

Betgee is committed to maintaining a fair and honest gaming environment for all Pakistani players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live card games or poker formats.
• Use of automated tools: Using bots, scripts, software, or any automated betting systems to place bets on betgee without manual input.
• Exploitation of errors: Intentionally exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or technical faults to generate profit. Any winnings from known errors are void and will be reversed.
• Prohibited software: Using any software that interacts with betgee's systems in an unauthorised manner, including odds-monitoring tools that place bets automatically.
• Chip dumping: Deliberately losing chips or funds to another player in a coordinated manner.

Betgee employs dedicated fraud detection systems that monitor all account and betting activity. Accounts found to be in breach of the fair play policy will be suspended immediately. All funds in suspended accounts will be withheld pending investigation. If fraud is confirmed, the account will be permanently closed and the relevant balance forfeited.

Betgee takes responsible gaming seriously. Gambling is intended as entertainment, not as a source of income or a way to recover financial losses. Betgee actively encourages all Pakistani players to use the platform responsibly and provides the following tools free of charge through your account settings:

• Deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly)
• Betting limits on individual wagers
• Session time reminders and automatic logouts
• Cool-off periods from 24 hours up to 6 months
• Permanent self-exclusion

Betgee will honour any responsible gaming restriction immediately upon request. We will not send promotional materials to players who have activated self-exclusion. If you feel that your gambling is becoming a problem, please contact our support team — in Urdu or English — and we will assist you in activating the appropriate tool. Betgee reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time for the following reasons (including but not limited to):

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Providing false, inaccurate, or incomplete registration information
• Failure to complete identity or age verification within the requested timeframe
• Suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or criminal activity
• Chargebacks initiated with a payment provider
• Detected use of prohibited software or automated betting tools
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months

You may also close your betgee account at any time by contacting support. Any confirmed real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, less any applicable processing fees. Bonus balances and any winnings derived solely from unmet bonus wagering requirements are forfeited on closure.

All content on betgee — including but not limited to game graphics, logos, the betgee brand name, software, text, design layouts, and images — is the exclusive property of betgee or its licensed partners. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use betgee solely for personal entertainment purposes as permitted by these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, republish, or transmit any part of betgee's content without prior written permission from betgee. You may not use betgee's name, logo, or brand assets in any context that suggests endorsement by or affiliation with betgee unless explicitly authorised.

Betgee collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering on betgee, you consent to the data practices described therein.

In summary: your personal information is used solely to provide and improve betgee's services, process your PKR transactions, comply with legal obligations, and send you account-related communications. Betgee does not sell your personal data to third parties and does not share it with anyone outside the betgee group except where required by law or to process your payments.

Betgee uses 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and betgee's servers. You can verify the security certificate at any time through your browser.

Betgee's services are provided on an "as available" basis. While betgee makes every reasonable effort to maintain uninterrupted access, we cannot guarantee that the platform will be free from technical disruptions, downtime, or data errors at all times.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betgee shall not be liable for:

• Losses arising from internet connectivity failures on your end
• Losses arising from betgee's scheduled or emergency maintenance periods (where advance notice was provided)
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits
• Errors in third-party data feeds used for sports results or odds calculations where such errors could not reasonably have been foreseen

In any event, betgee's maximum aggregate liability to any individual player for any cause whatsoever is limited to the total amount deposited by that player in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Betgee reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For material changes that affect player rights or obligations, betgee will notify registered players by email at least 7 days before the changes take effect.

If you object to any changes, you may close your betgee account before the effective date and withdraw any confirmed real-money balance. Continuing to use betgee after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
